DELIVERY

All FlowerArt.net deliveries are made by the United States Postal Service Priority Mail using their shipping programs and timetables. To accommodate alternate shipping methods such as UPS or FedEx or for international shipping, simply contact FlowerArt.net at 765-883-8431. Each print is hand made and the framing is hand assembled upon order, so it is important to note that it should take a little extra time for us to prepare and deliver each FlowerArt package properly. Also, a few extra days might be required for the delivery of Signature Collection prints in order for the artist to be available to sign them. Prints are packaged in a special container designed to withstand the rigors of shipping. Framed prints are carefully packaged in special boxes that use cushioned corners to help absorb any impact in shipping. The acrylic “glass” in the frame also reduces the chance of breakage during shipping and after hanging in the home, museum, gallery or office.

At FlowerArt.net, we take every possible precaution in delivering your orders in the time and condition promised. Included in the shipping price is insurance for each package in case of damage or lost orders. Delivery charges are in addition to the quoted print only, framed print, and poster print prices.

WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your product(s). Defective products or damages from shipping are eligible for credit or replacement within 10 days of delivery. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground shipment at FlowerArt.net expense.

Please contact FlowerArt.net for a Return Authorization. Returned packages must have Return Authorization with a brief description of the product defect inside. Please return all items in the original packaging. FlowerArt.net is not responsible for any item not received. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing returns for credit.

All non-defective returns will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include all original packaging material, all documentation, etc. provided by FlowerArt.net. If any component of the returned product is missing, FlowerArt.net may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s). Customer agrees to bear all shipping fees for returned merchandise with the exception of defective merchandise. FlowerArt.net deducts the cost of shipping from the total purchase to calculate refunds.
